Thank You Cards

by Amy on August 11, 2008

Delaney drew a lovely picture for her birthday thank you cards.  I scanned it in, added the text, and printed the drawing on inexpensive cards from Michael’s.

thankyou1

Delaney also wrote her name for me to scan in and print out on labels.  I wanted the personal touch of her signature on the cards, but I didn’t think she was up to writing her name 15-20 times!

thankyou2

Now, we just need to sit down and write our thankful thoughts to all our family and friends.

Have a great day!

This idea is so great and is just in time for my daughter’s b-day next month! I am so excited that she just started drawing stick people and her name, so I want to incorporate that into her invites or thank yous. Do you use a certain program to make these? Please share, so I can try to be a cool Mom like you next month :) Jen

Ooh! What a great idea! My son’s birthday is coming up and that would be perfect to already have made in advance!!
I’m so excited to because I’m getting ready to order some fun stuff from your shop for his birthday!
