Making Books with Kids

by Amy on August 11, 2009

We love, love, love making our own books!  I keep a stash of various blank books with the girls’ art supplies.  They put stickers in them, write/draw stories, collect animal facts, copy words from favorite books, and on and on.  You’re never too young to be author!

If you need some inspiration, here are some links to books we’ve made, plus good stuff from around the web.  Enjoy!

Home made books make for special treaures to enjoy and also to preserve, so that you can look back on them in years to come.

I wish you all the best as you embark on the exciting journey of homeschooling. Being able to individualise the curriculum to meet the interetsts and needs of your girls will be so rewarding.
