Today, we will:
•eat heart-shaped toast with strawberry jam
•tell each other valentine knock-knock jokes
•paint big paper hearts
•learn how to play the card game Hearts
•do a valentine mad-lib
•read and reread our stack of valentine books
•eat our traditional valentine’s day dinner – waffles with strawberries & whipped cream
•give extra hugs & kisses all day long!

Love the idea of a fun traditional Valentine’s Day dinner.
Hearts was one of the first “big kid” card games I remember learning – and still one of my favorites! I can’t wait to teach my daughter to play, we’ve got a few years left until she’s ready though!
