Rubbing Plates + Clay

My sister teaches a variety of pottery classes for preschool and school-age kids. One of her classes made these neat tiles using flower and bird rubbing plates.

The kids pressed the rubbing plates into a clay tile and then painted them before firing. I think they turned out so beautiful!
